\"\"My name is No\u00ebl Fran\u00e7on and I started my adult life without really knowing what i wanted. Guided by my conditionning, i studied energy engineering and worked for a big firm.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2010, I had an important realisation. I Endulged in personnal development and i knew deep down, that I was not made for a classic job. Thus my new target was to achieve financial freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n

The book \"Rich Dad Poor Dad\" by Robert Kiyosaki changed my life and i began investing in property next to my profession,without any initial funds. On my journey, I met my collaborator Christoph, with whom i made some profitable investments and built a deep friendship.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2017, I set out on my own as a wealth management advisor and I wanted to help people manage their money better. During this period, i was focused 100 percent on my job and was neglecting my private life,social life and my health without even realising it. Although i had built a great team and had very satisfied clients who considered me competent and talented in my job, i felt a profound sense of emptiness within.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2019, I noticed that the race to \"success and money\" was tiring me and that this search for more money, succes and recognition was neither fulfilling me nor was it giving me anymore freedom. My divorce despite 3 young children was also a very tough experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Life eventually brought Delphine into my life an old friend. Meanwhile, she had become a coach and had become very positive, happy in her relationships and in herself, she had especially become loving and an exemplary human being. Thanks to her i discovered a new type of personal development that i found much more coherent and efficient. Instead of looking for success outside of me (more revenu, more fortune, more positive influence...), i learned to look inwardly. I began to meditate and enrolled in a process of \"unlearning\". I was becoming more and more conscious that unlimited ressources were available within and that it was only a question of unleashing them.<\/span><\/p>\n

During this transformation, i began changing my diet and was inreasingly interested in protecting the environment as well as concerned with social justice. I was slowly loosing interest in my job. It felt like the situation and perspectives of the world were suddenly looking catastrophic, i felt anger and sadness at the same time. My knowledge in financial coaching and engineering helped understand that the issue was immense to tackle and that the scientific and technological progress were not going to save us. After diagnosis, I came to the conclusion that humanity was most likely confronted to a massive economic, political, social and environmental crisis. If not a complete process of self destruction.<\/span><\/p>\n

In january 2020, i had a vision and renewed hope that a shift in people's consciousness could occur, that we may be able to avoid the destruction of humanity. This possibility relied on our ability to develop our psychic and spiritual potential. This intuition was later confirmed and I found many books and prophecies that pointed in this direction. I opened up to ancient wisdom and metaphysics and encoutered many people who believe that he \"new world\" also called the \"golden age\" was possible in a not so distant future.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a total burnout, i ended my activity as a wealth management advisor. I took a gap year and decided to liquidate part of my real estate assets. I decided to enjoy life and spend time with the people for whom Love, Truth and openess were the most essential values. It is also very important to me that i contribute to the construction of this new world. I am conscious that it can only function in the following order: prioritsing self development and embodying joy.
